The 2008 Ford Expedition EL is the enhanced and lengthened version of the Expedition, providing occupants with 24ft-cubed of additional cargo space in the interior as well as providing much larger 131” wheel-base tires to ensure adequate safety and security for all occupants.The Extended-Length Expedition comes equipped with a 6-speed automatic transmission mated to the 5.4L V-8 Triton engine producing 300HP and 365FTLB of torque.
The 2008 Ford Expedition Extended-Length comes in four trims: An XLT, Eddie Bauer, Limited and King Ranch edition. Each variation has an EPA-estimated 12mpg in the city and 18mpg on the highway for the rear-wheel-drive system, while the all-wheel-drive system lowers the numbers slightly.
This Expedition is capable of towing over 9,000 pounds and has a standard seating capacity of nine (9) occupants.
