2008 Ford Expedition

The 2008 Ford Expedition EL is the enhanced and lengthened version of the Expedition, providing occupants with 24ft-cubed of additional cargo space in the interior as well as providing much larger 131” wheel-base tires to ensure adequate safety and security for all occupants.

The Extended-Length Expedition comes equipped with a 6-speed automatic transmission mated to the 5.4L V-8 Triton engine producing 300HP and 365FTLB of torque.

The 2008 Ford Expedition Extended-Length comes in four trims: An XLT, Eddie Bauer, Limited and King Ranch edition. Each variation has an EPA-estimated 12mpg in the city and 18mpg on the highway for the rear-wheel-drive system, while the all-wheel-drive system lowers the numbers slightly.

This Expedition is capable of towing over 9,000 pounds and has a standard seating capacity of nine (9) occupants.

2007 Ford Expedition

The 2006 Ford Expedition continues to utilize a 4-speed automatic transmission mated with either a rear-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive system sitting on 119” wheel-base tires along with the optional AdvanceTrac with Roll Stability Control System for maximum traction and safety. The EPA has estimated the Expedition to attain 14mpg in the city and 19mpg on the highway with the rear-wheel-drive platform, while the four-wheel-drive system is slightly lowered to 17mpg on the highway.
